ISHBEL and COSMO are about 9 months old. Ishbel is the albino jill, and Cosmo the polecat-coloured hob. They were found in a park - the finder bent down to pick up Ishbel, and Cosmo came running out of the bushes and stood up against her leg! They are a gorgeous pair of ferrets, ideal for a first time owner - and they mix brilliantly too!
FILBERT is a chunky sandy hob, who's about a year old. He was taken into a vets after being found in the road. He had cuts and scratches, but now fully recovered. He mixes well with other ferrets, and is very "human friendly".
HECTOR is a dark poley hob who's about a year old. He's a lovely boy, who has mixed very easily with some of the other ferrets here. Picked up as a stray, he was very underweight, but the weight has gone on nicely, and his head no longer looks too big for his body :)
PURDEY and PORTIA - gorgeous pair of 9 month old sisters (born 5.7.13). They have been reluctantly handed over by their owner, who due to job commitments, has to re-locate. Very friendly, super jills, who also mix very
TOOTSIE and ARIEL. Tootsie arrived with Tommy and Tucker. She is a sweet sandy jill. About a year old, and a wee bit nervous, but gaining confidence every day. She has made friends with Ariel. Ariel arrived via a vets, with a broken front leg. After 6 weeks of cage rest, her leg has healed beautifully, and she is getting up to all sorts of naughtiness. She too is about a year old, and is a gentle little ferret. They are perfect first time ferrets.
TOMMY and TUCKER. Tommy is the pretty silver-mitt and Tucker, the albino. They are 1 - 2 years old. They were supposedly found "dumped" by the side of the road - but we think that was a "porky", because they were in dreadful condition - and the "finder" knew an awful lot about them!! Now sorted out, and back together, they are a super pair. Tommy is a lunatic - he loves racing around and bouncing. Tucker loves to play too, but is more laid-back.
TYLER is a big, chunky bear of a boy. Dark poley, and 1 - 2 years old, he's fast becoming a gentle giant, after being found wandering in the middle of nowhere, and with a bit of an "attitude"! Recently castrated, he has moved in with Dibble and Grub, Purdey and Portia, Hector and Rocky - so he mixes well.
DIBBLE and GRUB from THE 'TRUMPTON' TRIBE - (PUGH, BARNEY, MAGREW, DIBBLE and GRUB) are, unsurprisingly, brothers! They are 9 - 10 months old, and are all, as you can see, nearly identical. Big, chunky poley boys, they each take up a double handful! They are a bit nervous, so would not suit 1st time owners at the moment. I'm not looking to rehome all 5 together, and will be happy to split them into pairs, or to go as singles to be friends with other ferrets looking for a pal.
ROSIE and DAISY. These little girls are a year old, and not had an easy start. Nevertheless, they are gorgeous jills, really friendly and ideal first time ferrets. Rosie is the paler girl, and her sister Daisy the dark jill. They are inseperable and very sweet.
These two boys came from a loving home and have been together for over 3 years and they bonded immediately, These lovely boys are all used to children and dogs and very easy to handle. They love human company and come running to see you. Oli. He was born in 2010. A lovely boy, very inquisitive, loves attention and being out and about. Fred, he has been worked in the past but is completely deaf so they got rid of him, again a really friendly boy. He is also 4 this year.
FIZBAN and WHIZZ are 10 week old kits. Albino brother and sister, they were unwanted and handed over to us. Although nervous when they came in, playtime every day has turned them into a pair of hooligans, who just want to have fun.
