RUBY and SANTA. Both about 6 months old, they are both strays that came in just before Christmas. Seeing that they both "weasel" the same way, I tried them together, and oh boy do they have fun together : )
MILO is a super little poley hob. He's 2 and a half years old, and has always been a house ferret. Because he has been a single ferret since he was a kit, we've found he won't mix (in fact he's frightened of other ferrets). For someone looking for a single indoor ferret, he's perfect. He likes to follow you around and loves helping you with your chores :)
COOKIE and ANGEL are a gorgeous pair of jills. They are two and a half, and although not sisters, have been together since they were babies, and are inseparable. Cookie is the poley, and Angel, the albino. They were handed over as their owners couldn't take them with them when they moved. They have been well looked after, and much loved - perfect first time ferrets as they play, enjoy cuddles and don't have a bite in them.
FRAZZLE looks as if he should have been Dustys' brother! He too is a kit born last year, but he was found straying in the middle of nowhere, and covered in ticks. He's very pretty, a silver/sandy mitt, understandably a bit nervous, but not a nasty bone in him. Very sweet boy.
THE 'TRUMPTON' TRIBE - (PUGH, BARNEY, MAGREW, DIBBLE and GRUB) are, unsurprisingly, brothers! They are 9 - 10 months old, and are all, as you can see, nearly identical. Big, chunky poley boys, they each take up a double handful! They are a bit nervous, so would not suit 1st time owners at the moment. I'm not looking to rehome all 5 together, and will be happy to split them into pairs, or to go as singles to be friends with other ferrets looking for a pal.
Meet SONNY and SID - the most gorgeous pair of poley brothers, who are more teddy bears than fuzzies - they are huge cuddlebums. The only way to tell them apart? Sonny has the pink nose, Sid the speckledy one! They are 18 months old, and well loved and handled, they are ideal first time ferrets, but are too big for an indoor cage - these lads need space!
DUSTY is a gorgeous sandy boy who was handed over because the owner thought "she" was a jill! He's last years kit, so 9 - 10 months old, and an absolute cuddlebum, a beautiful little boy, who we know mixes as he was living with his brother.
BARNEY from THE 'TRUMPTON' TRIBE - (PUGH, BARNEY, MAGREW, DIBBLE and GRUB) are, unsurprisingly, brothers! 9 - 10 months old, and are all nearly identical. Big, chunky poley boys, they each take up a double handful! They are a bit nervous, so would not suit 1st time owners at the moment. I'm not looking to rehome all 5 together, and will be happy to split them into pairs, or to go as singles to be friends with other ferrets looking for a pal.
ROSIE and PEANUT were handed over at the same time as Sonny and Sid - their owner wasn't able to keep them, and handed all of them over. Rosie is the poley jill and 18 months old, Peanut is the bini jill, and about 10 months old. Very playful and handleable girls, Rosie is more laid back, and Peanut wants to play and have fun - a great little pair of jills.
PIP is a very small albino hob with a BIG attitude! What he lacks in size, he makes up for in character :) He's about a year old, and was found wandering on The Ridgeway. Pick him up, he's a little "Klingon", but once down, he's into everything.
GORDY was found as he followed the finder into his house in West London. A little poley-mitt, about 2 years old, he has obviously been kept on his own as an indoor ferret. He's a lap ferret, who loves a snuggle.
CLEO and TECAMA. Cleo came into us last year, a stray found in Hythe. Tecama came in about the same time - but he had a broken leg. To see him haring around now like a lunatic, you would never know! Cleo is a BEW, 3 - 4 years old, and Tecama is a poley-mitt 1 - 2 years old. They made friends, and were rehomed together, but unfortunately came back as the owners didn't have enough time for them.
